Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eroma account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
